Florida medical marijuana ballot initiative

The Florida Supreme Court officially approved the 2016 version of the medical marijuana petition. There is now only one final step to get it on the ballot.

Politicians in Tallahassee are finally starting to realize that they can’t stop this movement. Unlike 2014, Pam Bondy didn’t make an attempt to roadblock this petition.

United for care, the organization responsible for the medical marijuana petition, still needs to secure 683,149 validated petitions. As of now, they have over 400,000.
